Banana Nut Chia pudding
An antioxidant packed pudding
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 medium banana sliced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
Mix chia and almond milk in a bowl.
The mixture will thicken to pudding like consistency.
Pour the mixture in 2 bowls and add ½ banana, pour some maple syrup, & garnish with walnuts. Serve.
