Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Multigrain Bread
  • 1 small bowl Potato boiled & mashed
  • 50 gm Paneer grated
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrots steamed & chopped
  • 1/4 cup Corn steamed
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, onions and saute till translucent.
  • Add tomatoes, corn, carrots, potato,paneer chaat masala, oregano chilliflakes, chilli paste, lemon juice, garam masala & salt.
  • Mix well and remove from flame.
  • Spread the mixture on each bread, sprinkle sesame seeds and toast in nonstick pan on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with coriander chutney.

Notes

If using as a snack, reduce the quantity to half.
