Nutritious one meal breakfast
- 8 nos Multigrain Bread
- 1 small bowl Potato boiled & mashed
- 50 gm Paneer grated
- 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrots steamed & chopped
- 1/4 cup Corn steamed
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, onions and saute till translucent.
- Add tomatoes, corn, carrots, potato,paneer chaat masala, oregano chilliflakes, chilli paste, lemon juice, garam masala & salt.
- Mix well and remove from flame.
- Spread the mixture on each bread, sprinkle sesame seeds and toast in nonstick pan on both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
If using as a snack, reduce the quantity to half.
