  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Break egg in a bowl. Add tomato, onion, coriander, green chilly, salt & pepper.
  • Whisk all the ingredients thoroughly well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture and let it cook till golden brown. Flip the omelette and let the other side turn golden brown. Serve hot.
