Ingredients
- 1 no Egg
- 1 tbsp Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp Green chilly chopped
- 1/2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Break egg in a bowl. Add tomato, onion, coriander, green chilly, salt & pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients thoroughly well.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture and let it cook till golden brown. Flip the omelette and let the other side turn golden brown. Serve hot.
