Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Masoor Dal
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup Onion, diced
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute for 2 mins add onions, cook for 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes, chilli powder. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add Carrots, Masoor dal, water. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Cool, Blend it to a paste.
- Add paste in a pan, add water if required. Add lemon juice & salt, simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot.
