Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Curds
  • 2 cups Water
  • 20 g Sugar (for sweet)
  • For Salty
  • 1 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander chopped
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Beat the curd and water together well.
  • Mix the mixture according to the lassi (i.e. Sweet lassi/ Salt lassi) and serve chilled.
