- 400 g Curds
- 2 cups Water
- 20 g Sugar (for sweet)
- For Salty
- 1 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander chopped
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Beat the curd and water together well.
- Mix the mixture according to the lassi (i.e. Sweet lassi/ Salt lassi) and serve chilled.
