  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp Basil
  • 2 medium Green onions
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves


  • Cut eggs into half and remove yolks. Cut egg whites & avocado into small cubes
  • Press the folks into the yolks, add mustard, salt and pepper. mix well.
  • Place the leaves in a plate, put a spoonful of egg yolk mixture in the center, and top with chopped egg white, avocado & green onion. Fold the salad wrap. serve immediately.
