Egg Bhurji

  • 4 no Egg
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Break the eggs in a bowl and beat well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, pepper and salt and sauté for 2 mins. Add tomatoes and cook till tender.
  • Pour the beaten eggs and stir continuously until the eggs get cooked and become dry.
  • Remove from pan, transfer into a plate, garnish with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
