An spicy Indian version of scrambled egg
- 4 no Egg
- 1 no Tomato chopped
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 4 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Break the eggs in a bowl and beat well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, pepper and salt and sauté for 2 mins. Add tomatoes and cook till tender.
- Pour the beaten eggs and stir continuously until the eggs get cooked and become dry.
- Remove from pan, transfer into a plate, garnish with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
