Ingredients
- 100 gm Chickpeas boiled
- 1 no Capsicum red, diced
- 1 no Capiscum yellow, diced
- 1 no Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Lettuce chopped
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds roasted
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mint chopped
- 1 tsp Basil chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a big bowl, add chickpeas, capsicum, cucumber, lettuce, garlic, pumpkin seeds, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, mint, basil & salt.
- Toss well.
- Serve it immediately.
