Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Cabbage chopped finely
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green Chilly chopped
  • 4 tap Oil
  • a pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard whole, cumin, curry leaves and onion, and sauté till onion's get light brown, add a pinch of turmeric.
  • Add cabbage, tomato, chopped green chilly and salt cook till cabbage is cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
