Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Cabbage chopped finely
- 1 no Tomato chopped
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 3 nos Green Chilly chopped
- 4 tap Oil
- a pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard whole, cumin, curry leaves and onion, and sauté till onion's get light brown, add a pinch of turmeric.
- Add cabbage, tomato, chopped green chilly and salt cook till cabbage is cooked.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
