Ingredients
- 225 gm Brinjal
- 115 gm Onion chopped
- 100 gm Tomato chopped
- 5 gm Green chilly chopped
- 4 tsp Oil
- a pinch Turmeric Powder
- a pinch Chilly powder
- a pinch Cumin powder
- 1 flakes Garlic chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Roast brinjal on low flame. Remove skin and mash.
- Heat oil, add onions, saute till translucent, add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins; add mashed brinjal, turmeric, cumin powder, chilly powder salt and garlic.
- Cook for a few minutes. Add green chilly, mix and serve hot
