  • 225 gm Brinjal
  • 115 gm Onion chopped
  • 100 gm Tomato chopped
  • 5 gm Green chilly chopped
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • a pinch Turmeric Powder
  • a pinch Chilly powder
  • a pinch Cumin powder
  • 1 flakes Garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste


  • Roast brinjal on low flame. Remove skin and mash.
  • Heat oil, add onions, saute till translucent, add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins; add mashed brinjal, turmeric, cumin powder, chilly powder salt and garlic.
  • Cook for a few minutes. Add green chilly, mix and serve hot
