Ingredients
- 4 no Beetroot boiled
- 1/3 cup Fenugreek seed sprouts
- 1/4 cup Dill leaves chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut beetroot into 1 inch cubes
- Mix beetroot, sprout Methi seeds, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Serve chilled.
