  • 4 no Beetroot boiled
  • 1/3 cup Fenugreek seed sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Dill leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Cut beetroot into 1 inch cubes
  • Mix beetroot, sprout Methi seeds, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Serve chilled.
