Ingredients
- 2 cups Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Capsicum
- 1 cup Radish
- 1 cup Spring onion
- 1/4 cup Black olives
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes - ¼ cup
- 2-3 tbsp Vinegar & soy dressing
Instructions
- Cut capsicum, radish, spring onion, black olives and tomatoes in juliennes.
- Wash and boil bean sprouts in a steamer.
- Mix all the vegetables, bean sprouts and vinegar and soy dressing and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
