Bean Sprout Salad

A mixture of sprouts with vegetables in a vinegar based dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Capsicum
  • 1 cup Radish
  • 1 cup Spring onion
  • 1/4 cup Black olives
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes - ¼ cup
  • 2-3 tbsp Vinegar & soy dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cut capsicum, radish, spring onion, black olives and tomatoes in juliennes.
  • Wash and boil bean sprouts in a steamer.
  • Mix all the vegetables, bean sprouts and vinegar and soy dressing and toss gently.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
