Baked Chicken Breast
A protein rich meal
- 16 ounces chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 450 F. Place a parchment paper on a baking dish.
- Mix olive oil with spices. Brush the oil mixture on chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken on baking dish and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes until done. Remove in a serving plate and serve hot.
