  • 16 ounces chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Heat oven to 450 F. Place a parchment paper on a baking dish.
  • Mix olive oil with spices. Brush the oil mixture on chicken breasts.
  • Place the chicken on baking dish and cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes until done. Remove in a serving plate and serve hot.
