Ingredients
- 100 gm Potato small cubes
- 150 gm French Beans cubes
- 1 no Tomato chopped
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- a pinch Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 4 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a kadai, put oil, add cumin, garlic, ginger, chopped onion and sauté till light brown.
- Add turmeric, potatoes, beans, green chilly and tomatoes and salt.
- Stir occasionally and cook till both the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot.
