Aloo Beans

  • 100 gm Potato small cubes
  • 150 gm French Beans cubes
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • a pinch Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat a kadai, put oil, add cumin, garlic, ginger, chopped onion and sauté till light brown.
  • Add turmeric, potatoes, beans, green chilly and tomatoes and salt.
  • Stir occasionally and cook till both the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot.
